The Lead Service Replacement (LSR) Apprenticeship Program is a collaborative initiative between CIP and the Laborers International Union of North America (LiUNA). This program operates under the Equiflow Lead-Free Program, dedicated to identifying and replacing all lead service lines in the City of Wausau by 2028.
